1panel升级至4.10.2，频繁重启，报数据库错误

如题，升级后用不了了，退回之前正常版本也不行。
报错如下：

Failed to change the table structure.

已确认，1panel 部署 js 数据库由 mysql → pg，导致了问题，1panel 的编排在更改中
