步骤是先在windows在线安装docker镜像，然后导入到内网服务器（无公网）的docker环境，执行docker run -d --name=maxkb -p 8080:8080 -v /opt/ultrapower/maxkb/data:/var/lib/postgresql/data 1panel/maxkb后，报一堆这样的错误，使用离线版安装时也是这样postgresql服务启动失败：popen failure: Cannot allocate memory
