启用SSH，获取Schema报错：
SSH 连接失败：Algorithm negotiation fail
不启用SSH，获取Schema报错：
Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

看一下PostgreSQL服务没有运行、监听地址设置不正确、是不是防火墙阻止了连接等原因。
