最新版本 v1.10.21-lts 无法安装 PostgreSQL 数据库，点击安装之后直接跳转到登录界面，安装 PostgreSQL 其它版本也一样。
和我已经安装了 MySQL 数据库有关系吗？

我看了，貌似没有记录安装 PostgreSQL 的记录。
BTW，我在拷贝这个日志之前试着安装过，就是没有记录。
继续补充，我的面板是通过 OpenResty 反代的，不知道和这个有没有关系，有空我用 ip 访问 1panel 试试看。
后端服务没有 panic 重启，大概率就是这个反代的配置问题，可以直接用 ip 试试
